Sustainability is an investment in the future. The continual improvement of our environmental standards is therefore one of our primary aims. We are working systematically to save water and energy, cut down on raw material consumption and waste and minimize emissions through the use of the best available technology.

To guarantee a high prevention of water and air pollution, we demand on ourselves by the German standards. We have effected substantial investments in the environmental, air and water technology and dispose of one of the most modern plating center worldwide.

The honour given by the city of Changzhou has proved the efficiency of our environmental management. In 2007 our company was honoured as an example in excellent dealing with dangerous chemicals and for the protection of the environment.

October, 2008 our Environmental management system is certified according to 14001:2004. Regular company eco-inspections ensure continuous, systematic monitoring of our environmental performance.

As of 2023, we have installed and put into use 9 air energy heat pumps one after another. The air energy heat pump system absorbs heat from the air to heat water, and then heats the production line through the pipeline circulation system, which greatly reduces energy consumption and greatly reduces safety hazards compared to the original direct heating with electricity; in addition, we have installed heat recovery systems for all 6 air compressors. The hot water is then heated through the pipeline circulation system to heat the production line, which greatly improves the electric energy recovery rate and greatly reduces the overall energy consumption compared with the original direct forced cooling of the compressed air outlet.

At the end of 2021 and the first half of 2023, we successfully installed two sets of zero discharge systems for plating wastewater (one for backup and one for use). The plating wastewater is completely reused for production through RO membrane and MVR evaporator treatment, fulfilling the company's commitment to pollution prevention and continuous improvement of environmental performance.

Since 2023, we have introduced carbon emission reduction management. We achieve the company's goal of carbon neutrality by 2030 through measures such as planting a large number of trees and greenery, employees using solar water heaters for showers, building rooftop solar photovoltaic power plants, and replacing company vehicles with new energy electric vehicles from fuel vehicles.
