"Gold Medal Team Leader Full Skill Improvement" training

From September 19 to 20, 2022, IMOC Electronic Components (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. held a two-day intensive training. The training object for the team leaders of various departments and personnel is "Gold Medal Team Leader Full Skill Improvement" served from external transfer institutions invited teachers with rich practical experience to the company to explain.

During the whole training, the teacher explained according to several modules, from role positioning, work teaching, communication art, team management to work improvement, and the explanation of each module combined with actual cases and on-site employee interaction, so that each trainee strengthened the mastery and understanding of training knowledge.

In the final session, the teacher asked each department to talk about the difficulties encountered in the management of the department, and gave reasonable suggestions supported by the teacher's many years of experience.
