2023 Welcome Party

With a heroic song we send off the old year to start a new exciting year. At 17:58 on January 7, 2023, IMOC started it’s annual parts under the motto "Against wind and storm we move forward bravely" in the King Hall of Hilton Hotel Wujin in Changzhou. The whole company gathered together to enjoy the party.

The annual meeting began after Mr. Egervari, the CEO, paid a special tribute to the early years by video message. The colleagues of the production department made a review of the annual work on the spot, analyzed the current situation and shortcomings, and expressed firm confidence in the forecast for the future. At the same time sincere New Year’s wishes were sent to all of our colleagues.

In the past year, despite facing the epidemic and the special international environment, the company's performance has maintained a steady growth, and the production capacity and efficiency have been significantly improved compared with the past. The management ability of employees has been trained and their personal value has been realized in the work, the communication, solidarity and cohesion between different departments but also all other departments has been significantly improved. These accomplishments are inseparable from the joint efforts and efforts of the company's management team as well as all employees.

The host enthusiastically read out the "10th Anniversary" employee commendation in 2023 and the "Excellent Employee of the Department in 2022" award list. The winners walked to the podium in two rounds to accept the commendation from the company’s leaders. The leaders presented crystal trophies and bonuses to each winner of this award. All the members of the company also offered their sincerest wishes and warm applause for the award-winning colleagues.

A happy meal and a lucky draw followed. During the meal, everyone raised their glasses to each other, wished another well and drank freely. The atmosphere was extremely warm. At the same time, along with the lucky draw to the final, most tense and exciting grand prize. The atmosphere once again reached new spheres.

Along with various wonderful programs during the activity, professional hosts drove the atmosphere, actors performed wonderful magic, beautiful songs, musical instruments to represent our future work attitude "Against wind and storm we move forward bravely".

The whole annual party ended successfully in a harmonious, warm, passionate and joyful atmosphere, showing the positive, united and enterprising spirit of IMOC staff. Looking back on 2022, we have worked together to achieve common results. Looking ahead to 2023, we have the same goal and are full of confidence. Together, we look forward to a more brilliant tomorrow of IMOC!
