Quality is key concerned item of customers. Our understanding of it is quite simple: zero defects. In order to guarantee this level of process reliability and reproducibility, we established a comprehensive quality management system in China which is according to ISO 9001:2008 and get the certificate from SGS-CSTC on Aug 2008. IMOC also get ISO 9001:2015 certification and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification on Apr. 23 of 2014 and IATF 16949:2016 certification on Jun. 15 of 2016.

Our quality system begins with preventive quality assurance measures: this involves identifying all quality-related features in the inquiry phase as well as preventive maintenance and continuous monitoring of all chemicals and baths in our own chemical analysis laboratory. Computer-assisted production lines and innovative technology for the application and monitoring of plating techniques guarantee consistent plating quality. The continuous monitoring of the deposited layers is performed with state-of-the-art measuring and testing apparatus such as layer thickness apparatuses based on X-ray fluorescence, EDX, Section Cutting and Checking station, NSS, Constant Temperature and Humidity tester, acid vapor test and online camera checking station.
