To test the company employees' response to fire, enhance their abilities in fire extinguishing, evacuation, and self-rescue, as well as the managers' capabilities in organizing, coordinating, and commanding in a fire situation, and to provide employees with training and education during the drill, further strengthening their awareness of fire safety, and to better implement the principle of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination" in the company, our company successfully held a fire evacuation drill from 7:30 to 8:30 on June 16, 2025.
To ensure the drill was carried out effectively, our company established a leading group with the operation manager as the chief commander, the safety and environmental protection manager as the emergency command center member, and department leaders as members. All department employees participated and drafted the "Fire Evacuation Drill Plan". To make the drill plan feasible, the company held a leading group meeting at 13:30 on June 11, 2025, to deploy the drill work. At the meeting, the operation manager made specific requirements and detailed divisions of labor for the drill. To ensure the success of the drill, department leaders refined their work, assigned tasks to individuals, further clarified the assembly points, evacuation sequence, and precautions, and ensured that the safety exits could be opened normally to prevent accidents during the evacuation. During the evacuation, the property management arranged personnel to set up barriers to prevent evacuated employees from returning to the accident site and to prevent anyone from falling. The operation manager required each group to perform their duties, and the safety measures must be in place to ensure the smooth progress of the fire evacuation drill.
