IMO successful application of air heat-pump heating production line

On 31st July, 2014, IMO successfully launched air heat-pump heating production line after one month hard collaborated work with air heat-pump supplier.

Energy saving was always an important operation principal for IMO. Air heat-pump system was adopted for decreasing energy consumption of the company after relevant investigation and research done by CEO Egervari. Currently company has successfully installed two sets of air heat-pump beside the air compressor at the 2nd floor of auxiliary house, which could absorb air heat to heat the water; the heated water could circulate in the piping system to heat the production line. Till now 2 sets of production line completed heating water piping laying and air energy heating can be used, decreasing the energy consumption to 33% of the original value for using electricity heating.

Meanwhile, the cool air discharged by air heat-pump can directly go to air supply system of the workshop in Summer, efficiently decreasing temperature and improving workshop comfort level. Applying air heating in two production lines was only the first step; company would adopt this technology in the balancing production lines. Application of air heat-pump technology made the company step forward in cleaning production and energy saving.
