One-day trip for Taiji Cve and Dajue Temple
In order to strengthen our teamwork spirit and realize our human-based management as well as make all staff member relax themselves and enjoy the splendid natural beauty, we organized this trip, not only showing our care for the staff but also merging the teamwork spirit into the activity; more importantly, it was to create united, active and striving phenomenons in the company.
This trip was organized in splendid Autumn and adopted relaxed leisure way; in early morning of 29th Aug., all staff members were gathered on time and the trip was carried on as per original plan.
The first destination was cool karst cave, i.e. An’hui Guangde Taiji Cave; this cave was karst cave with length of 5.4 kilometer, composed by upper cave, down cave, water cave and sky cave. The caves were connected with each other, forming spectacular and splendid huge cave cluster; Taiji cave maintained 18 degree centigrade in the whole year and was specially cool in Summer.
The second destination was Yixing Dajue Temple with more than 700-year history; it was forbidden for burning incense but allowed to provide fresh follows. This was the first time for the staff member to be here. Once entering the temple, we received the positive energy from the buddist culture and everybody was impacted by this culture.
This trip not only pleasured all staff member but also accelerated harmonies and cooperation among them. Traveling temporarily away from the cities and working made people relax themselves in the nature. Meanwhile traveling made your thoughts wider and temporary rest would help you work better and more efficient in the future.
