At 18:00 on January 19, 2019, the staff looked at the countdown Numbers on the big screen and waited for a wonderful party. This year is different from the past. A sand painting video shows the development course of the company to all employees. The same content is expressed in a different way, bringing different visual effects and feelings to everyone.

       The first speech, Mr. Egervari, CEO of IMOC, let all the employees present review the busy year of 2018 and look forward to the challenging year 2019. In the New Year, IMOC will have two production workshops and eight production lines. The configuration of these hardware facilities makes each of us full of hope and passion for the future.

       After the CEO's speech, the IMOC production manager took the stage to make the department work review and future expectation. His work review combined the actual work of the department and showed the performance of the production department to the staff in a quantitative way. Meanwhile, he also appreciated the support and cooperation of various departments. In 2019, the pressure of the production department will be doubled. We believe that under his leadership, all the staff in the production department will make even more efforts to deal with the delivery time, quality, line speed and technical problems in the production process.

       The overall program effect of this evening party is a modern style with rhythm laser dance performance, happy kitchen trembling divine comedy and a wonderful magic show which brought to all employees different feelings. Participation in interactive games distracted everyone from work tensions with good moods.

       The theme of this evening party was defined as "New journey, starting again". In 2019, IMOC will tackle various challenges with a brand new look and with the scale of two plants. We would like to thank every employee for his/her hard work during the nearly 13 years since the establishment of IMOC. Today, the development of IMOC cannot be separated from the efforts of every employee present here.

       In addition to 2018, we also added a special award -- "ten-year gratitude plan", a special award for those employees who have walked and struggled together with IMOC on the road to realize their dreams – this year reward: Hainan Sanya family tourism trip, allowing them to enjoy a romantic journey with their families in 2019.
