March is a good season for planting trees. In order to enhance employees' awareness of protecting the environment and our nature, on March 12^th, IMOC organized its managers, supervisors and engineers of all departments to plant trees together to add more green to the company's environment.

The site of the tree planting is located between the company's new “Phase II� and the future “Phase III�, which is about to start planning. Osmanthus trees and various plants are waiting for each employee.

Before planting the tree, each employee held a small wooden board with their own words engraved regarding the environmental vision or statement for the future. Mr. Egervari, CEO of IMOC, communicated with all employees about their own environmental protection view and the meaning of each workers sign on the spot, reminded everyone to visit it and take care of it regularly.

At the tree planting site, each employee chose their own tree, by hanging the small wooden sign on it. Everyone immediately began to dig up earth for the tree, and proudly take photos with their own small tree. Everyone is looking into the future, hoping that their trees can grow strong and healthy until one day it can grow into a towering tree, flowering and bearing fruits.

This activity made the staff feel the significance of Arbor Day, and also promoted the communication and solidarity among the staff. IMOC started to grow from a small tree as well, and now, IMOC is standing strong alongside with other towering trees. Planting a small tree, see it slowly growing and taking care of it let everyone feel proud and meaningful.
