EHS department makes sufficient preparation for this drilling, establishes temporary locale headquarters. The headquarters will command professional emergency treatment team, dispersal and rescue team, and logistics support team to work together. This drilling used 20 portable dry powder ABC fire extinguishers of 2kg/3kg, one stretcher and set one professional emergency car. The MP department made complete preparation and plenitudinous resources in the aspects of simulated fire source, fire protection instruments, locale rescue instruments, logistics supply and so on, it ensured the good supply for this drilling.

 

This drilling lasted 30 minutes from the fire happened to dispersal, rescue and suppressing fire. We controlled the fire’s expansion in time and effectively, ensured the personal safety and avoided the property loss. We achieved the clear division of labor and responsibility to relevant person. At the first time when the fire happened, we should be calmness and composure, what should every employee do, how to give an alarm correctly, how to save life and property correctly, how to disperse and how to save oneself and escape.

 

Though this drilling, we manifested all employees' spiritual visage fully, deepened all employees’ mastery to fire protection safety knowledge and the actual skill to use fire protection instruments correctly, and made all employees know how to face sudden emergency, so the drilling had the positive function to the development of the safe production work. We achieved the objective which is dealing with the fire

 

accident scientifically, safely, orderly and rapidly; intensify the method for the employees escape in the fire; enhance the command and disposition ability of various departments managers to face the thunderbolt and get the expectant drilling effect. The employees of IMOC can treat this drilling earnestly and finish it successfully.

 

Deficiencies and problems found through the drilling:

1.    The outdoor fire hydrant near the water pump room is lack of spanner, the connection between the fire hose interface and the hose is too loose, and there is water leakage during use;

2.    The backup battery of fire controller cannot meet the requirement of continuous power supply for 8 hours after power failure;

3.     The length of the fire hose in the outdoor fire hydrant box to the west of the new plant is not enough, so the fire hose needs to be added.

 

Reducing the cost which the accidents made is the incumbency and responsibility of every employee. All employees and managers of every level must cooperate to treat with the sudden matters and perform rapidly in the situation of ensuring own safety when you received the indication of treating with the sudden matters. Dodge the responsibility or refuse to perform with any excuse is forbidden. Like this our company is a big family and a collectivity with battle effectiveness and performance capability.
